Initiate Your Return
Log into our online portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.
Pack Your Items
Place the unworn garments back in their original packaging, ensuring all designer tags and security seals remain intact.
Attach the Label
Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal and securely affix it to the outside of your return parcel.
Drop Off and Track
Hand your package to any authorized courier location and keep your tracking receipt; we will process your refund or exchange within 5 business days of receipt.
